Mindful Beginnings: Nurturing Baby’s Brain and Parent-Child Connection

Join me for a transformative 4-week course designed specifically for parents who wish to cultivate mindfulness, nurture their baby’s brain development, and strengthen the parent-child bond. Each week, we will explore different aspects of mindful parenting and provide practical techniques to support your own well-being while positively impacting your baby’s growth.

In a safe and relaxed environment, you will have the opportunity to meet and connect with other parents, fostering a sense of community and shared understanding. Through guided discussions,  simple mindfulness techniques, and expert guidance, this course will empower you to embrace mindful practices whilst gaining a deeper understanding of your baby’s brain development which can in turn enhance the quality of your parent-child relationship.
